Sorting your seat out before you travel is simply calmer than showing up at the pier and hoping. The Bodrum boat trip online booking process takes a few minutes: you send the details, we hold the places and reply with a written confirmation. Here is the flow, without skipping anything.
What to have ready first
Four details keep the exchange down to a single round of messages:
- Your preferred date, plus a backup day if you have one
- Number of guests and the ages of any children, since 0-6 travel free and 6-12 pay half
- Hotel name and area; the shuttle is included for Gümbet, Bitez and Ortakent
- A phone number where we can actually reach you
The booking, step by step
- Give the date. There is one programme, 1,500 TL per person, lunch already included in that figure.
- Confirm the group. Child reductions are applied by age, so you do not need to ask for them separately.
- Share your transfer details. Your pick-up time depends on where your hotel sits and is stated in the confirmation.
- Pick a payment method. Card, bank transfer or another option, whichever suits you.
- Wait for the reply. Once the seats are held you get written confirmation, and that is the moment the booking is fixed.
If you would rather type than fill in fields, you can also run the same conversation through messaging.
Reading the confirmation
It lists the date, the number of guests, the total and the meeting point. Departure is from Gümbet harbour at 10:30, so be at the pier around 10:15; the boat returns to the same berth at 17:00. Anything that looks wrong takes minutes to correct. Curious about the soundtrack of the day? Have a look at how the deck set is built up.
Late decisions and cancellations
Short notice is not automatically a no, because places do open up, though the points in our piece on finding a seat at short notice are worth reading first. Cancellation is possible up to three days before the tour date. First time in Bodrum? Reading what a full day on board covers makes packing easier. One last note: drinks are not part of the price and are paid at the deck bar, and towels are not provided, so bring your own.
